The “Biochemistry Group” is dedicated to studies on HF radiations effects on living organism and more especially to the analysis of biochemical changes in plants exposed to pulsed microwaves.
In order to perform high quality analysis, several UFO-Science investigation teams are ready to act in order to collect sample in good conditions.

  • The PowerPoint file describes the plants sampling protocol.
  • The second document (25 pages) is the pre-investigation form to fill in by investigators during fieldwork.
  • The third document (8 pages) is the sampling data form.
  • The last document (13 pages) is a step-by-step guide showing how to turn a standard cooler box in a -80 °C dry ice cooler in order to store/transport samples until their final storage in an analysis laboratory

Cytohistologic study project of living plants around UFO landing spots

As a complement to biochemical studies of plant samples around a UFO-type landing site, it seems important to us to lead a study on tissue and cells of these plants.

The overall method is the systematic comparison between plants various organs and cellular types of a same species collected close and several meters far from the epicenter.

We are looking for any detectable differences – either macroscopic or microscopic – regarding the plants growth and behavior. Several technics are considered.

Dosing protocol

Themes addressed in this video (click on picture for viewing) :

  • Optimizing photosynthetic pigment extraction in a given solvent volume.
  • Solution to avoid solvent evaporation loss by extraction time optimization.
  • Designing a micro-dosing device.

The surface integral ratio for quantities from one to twice the value is around 1,4 to 1,5.

Conclusion :

The extraction efficiency that was the weak point of the method until then has been highly improved. Despite it does not allow a sharp dosing, it can be used to reveal major pigments depletion.

Post HF irradiation Chromatography

There are in France three proven cases of witnessed UFO landing, with ground scares and measurable effects on plants which reports have been later on published :

  1. The Landévennec case in 1976, analyzed by chromatography and reported in the magazine Lumières dans la Nuit1.
  2. The Trans-en-Provence ase in1981, precise analysis from Michel Bounias (INRA).
  3. The “Amarante” case in 1982, showing plant drying effects.

In order to build a behavior model of the phenomenon, preliminary experiences (chromatography) have been done on plants first submitted to HF irradiation (micro-waves).
